Note: The Microsoft Defender Offline scan option is disabled when CrowdStrike Falcon Sensor is installed.

Select Start > Settings > Settings.

Select Update & Security.

Select Windows Security.

Select Virus % threat protection.

Select Current threats > Scan options.

Choose Microsoft Defender Offline scan.

Click Scan now.

Select Start > Settings > Settings.

Select Update & Security.

Select Windows Security.

Select Virus & threat protection.

Select Current threats > Scan options > Protection history.
