1. Create Meeting

Note: Make sure your Headset Microphone or Microphone and Speaker is connected to your computer.

Start Microsoft Teams.

Type your user name in Sign-in address field.

Click Sign in.

Type the password in Password field.

Click Sign in.
-
Select Calendar.
-
Click Meet now.
-
Type your meeting name.
-
Webcam: Cick Turn camera on.

Microphone: Click Unmute microphone.
-
Click Join now.
-
Click Copy join info icon.
-
Paste it in the email and send it to your meeting members.
-
Enjoy your meeting.
-
Click Hang up.
-
Close Microsoft Teams.
2. Schedule Meeting

Start Microsoft Teams.
-
Type your user name in Sign-in address field.

Click Sign in.
-
Type the password in Password field.

Click Sign in.
-
Select Calendar.

Click New meeting.
-
Type
Meeting titlein Add title field. -
Type the attendees email in Add required attendees field.
-
Select the date and time of the meeting.
-
Optional: Select the repeat date.
-
Optional: Select Group channel in Add channel field by clicking on Add channel field.

Optional: Type the location in Add location field.
-
Optional: Type the detail in Type details for this new meeting field.

Click Send.
-
Close Microsoft Teams.
