  • Note: Users are required to change their password when they first sign in.
    It you forget your password please contact IT Helpdesk to reset your password.

2. Domain Account

2.1. Password Complexity Requirement

  • Minimum password length is 16 characters.

  • Must include character at lease there of these classes:

    • Lowercase letters: a-z

    • Uppercase letters: A-Z

    • Digits: 0-9

    • Non-alphanumeric characters: ~!@#$%^*_-+=`|\(){}[]:;"'>,.?/

2.2. How to sign in to computer

  • Note: Domain account is an account that use to sign in to SMRU/BHF computers. User has to change password every year.

  • Press the Ctrl + Alt + Del keys all at the same time on your computer keyboard.

  • Click Other user on the bottom left of the screen.

  • Type your Domain account, Temporary password and press Enter.

  • Enter your chosen password (must meet password complexity requirements above), type your chosen password to confirm and press Enter.
