2. Usage

2.1. Create Form

  • Click New Form.

  • Type the form name in the Untitled form field.

  • Click Add new to add Choice, Text, Rating, Date, or etc.

  • Select the choice you want to add.

  • Required: Toggle the Required to turn on or off.

  • Optional: Click Style and select your favourite theme or color.

  • Click Collect responses.

  • Anyone: Choose Anyone can respond.

  • Internal only: Choose Only people in The Borderland Health Foundation can respond.

    • Optional: Check Record name.

    • Optional: Check One response per person.

  • Specific people only: Choose Specific people in The Borderland Health Foundation can respond.

    • Optional: Check Record name.

    • Optional: Check One response per person.

    • Type the user email address or group and press Enter.

  • Click Present.

  • Click Copy link to copy the link and send it to the users.

2.2. Download Responses

  • Select My forms.

  • Select the form that you want to download the responses.

  • Click Responses tab.

  • Select the arrow down on the Excel file and click Download a copy.
