1. How to use

  • Note: The utility starts repairing your device as soon as it is started.

  • Run the T:\IT\Public\Apps\Logitech\ConnectUtility_2.30.9_Logitech.exe file with administrative privileges.

  • Connect the wireless keyboard and mouse Receiver to your computer.

  • Click Next.

  • Turn OFF your wireless keyboard or wireless mouse device, and turn it back ON.

  • Device detected screen will appear.

  • Choose Yes.

    Please confirm if your device is working.

  • Click Next.

  • Click Finish.
